The PATCH Symposium is a one-of-a-kind opportunity in which health care professionals and young people (ages 12-21) from across Wisconsin will join TOGETHER to learn, share, and grow as adolescent health champions and advocates!
*We are planning for this event to be held in-person with appropriate COVID-19 precautions. Attendees may be required to wear a mask and/or provide proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test upon entry. Policies will be re-evaluated the beginning of April, and participants will be informed of event protocol at that time.

In support of improving patient care, this activity has been planned and implemented by the University of Wisconsin–Madison ICEP and Providers and Teens Communicating for Health (PATCH) Program. The University of Wisconsin–Madison ICEP is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
